Apenas jogue uma bolinha de uma mão para a outra.

0:33 Passo 2:
Com duas bolinhas, jogue-as cruzando, de modo que façam um X no ar.

0:55 Passo 2.5 (opcional!):
Acrescente o tempo da terceira bola com um estalo ou batida leve no corpo.

1:09 Passo 3:
Comece com um flash (3 arremessos e 3 pegadas) e vá aumentando o número de arremessos aos poucos.

3 balls basic tutorial. Learn how to juggle in 2 minutes!
In this tutorial I teach how to do the cascade.

The tutorial is divided in steps, you can use this menu to surf through them:

0:21 Step 1:
Just throw a ball from one hand to the other

0:33 Step 2:
With 2 balls, throw them crossing, so it'll make an X in the air.

0:55 Step 2 and a half (optional!):
Add the time of the third ball with a snap of fingers or a light hit on the body.

1:09 Passo 3:
Start with a flash (3 throws and 3 catches) and add more throws one by one.
