Receita:

Ingredientes:
- 1 cabo de madeira
- Grip de raquete de tênis
- Fita isolante

Modo de preparo:
Coloque o grip no meio do cabo de madeira e prenda as pontas com fita isolante.
Passe fita isolante no resto do bastão.
Pronto, vá malabarizar! Simples, né?

Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 wooden shaft
- Tennis Racket Grip
- Electrical tape

Preparation:
Put the grip in the middle of the wood shaft and attach the ends with electrical tape.
Cover the rest of the stick with tape.
you're done, go juggle! Simple, right?

- What is the length of the staff and there's a certain length concerning the person's height?
Our staff was about 1,5 m.
I believe that the ideal length is the one that makes you more comfortable to play!
