Tutorial de malabarismo de contato explicando como fazer Cucuruto (Bola na cabeça)!

1. Encontre um ponto natural
2. Treine primeiro com bolas russas (algumas pessoas acham mais fácil aprender sentadas, outras em pé)
3. Treine com bolas vazias
4. Bola de vinil cheia.
5. Acrílicas!
6. Pratique bastante, crie um ponto e seja feliz!

Esse foi o meu processo de aprendizado, você pode pular partes e adaptá-lo a você. Cada pessoa tem uma cabeça diferente, seus pontos naturais podem ser laterais ou até mesmo não existirem pontos naturais.
Se você não tem pontos naturais, você pode optar por criar seu próprio ponto desde o começo, teremos um tutorial sobre isso no futuro.

Contact juggling tutorial teaching how to do top-of-head stall!

1. Find a natural spot where you can put a ball
2. In the beginning, use a russian ball (also, some people learn it easier while sitting down, some others prefeir to practice standing up)
3. Practice with empty balls
4. Full-filled stage balls
5. Acrylics!
6. Practice a lot, create a stall point and be happy!

This was my learning process, you can skip parts and adapt it to you.
Each person has a different head, your natural points can be on the side of the head (tilted) or it's possible that you don't have natural points.
If you don't have it, you can choose to create your own points from the beginning, we'll have a tutorial on this in the future.
